Store Credit & Exchange Policy 

 

We hope that you're absolutely obsessed with your new Classy Fabulous Daydreams purchase! If you have any questions about sizing prior to ordering, please let us help you!

We want to make sure you order the size that's the best fit for your measurements. Please follow each style's measurements chart to compare with your body measurements. If you're between measurements (especially in the bust), we recommend sizing up.   

 

For Items Currently In Stock

If you receive your item and need to exchange for a different size in the same dress or if you prefer a different dress style, we'd be happy to try to accommodate your request if stock is available.

Classy Fabulous Daydreams does not offer returns. We offer store credit and exchanges within 14 days from the date your order ships. A $12 shipping fee will be charged on exchanges and store credits. We do not refund return shipping. 

All requests must be made within a 14 day period from your date of shipping email. If we don't have your size or desired item in stock, we will issue a store credit to use at any time. If it's been more than 14 days since your purchase, we're unfortunately unable to offer a store credit or exchange. 

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of you receiving your return code.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN / EXCHANGE, YOUR ITEM MUST BE:

- Unworn with tags attached and in the same condition you received it

- Unscented

- Original Packaging Included

- No stains, makeup, deodorant, fragrance, pet hair

- No signs that item was used in a photoshoot

- Not be final sale

 If your return arrives in less than original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and you will be responsible for a return shipping to have the item sent back to you or you may be charged a dry cleaning fee. 

 

Canceled Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled and sizes cannot be changed within a 1 hour window of placing your order. Please note all orders cancelled will be for store credit only.
